Provided regulatory guidance for the implementation of the 7 Million Tons Per Annum Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Train 7 Project.
Developed a project monitoring framework of the construction of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission headquarters building in Abuja, Nigeria.
Provided technical, regulatory, and business enablement for NPDC’s EPCIC of Abura oil and gas processing (30,000 bpd oil processing facility and 15 MMSCD gas processing facility) facilities project and associated ancillaries/utilities (4.5 MVA gas electrical generator) and 2.5 MVA transformer with associated switch gear and ICSS package.
Developed a Power BI dashboard for tracking regulatory approvals for gas processing facilities, tracking over 25 million USD in revenue streams for the department (2019-2021).
